Dataset Index and FAIR Portal

EXA4MIND enables publishing of metadata for datasets in through files or Elasticsearch-based indexes using the metadata-uploader ("datastore") in DataCite format.

The datastore module also allows publishing to popular RDM solutions like EUDAT's B2SHARE, EXA4MIND also provides a self hostable RDM instance for users to have complete control of their published data.

Our solution for this is a version of the popular InvenioRDM framework, where we provide our customized configuration in order to give a generalizable example.

The repository contains the deployment files to setup a InvenioRDM instance for the FAIR Data Portal in the EXA4MIND flavour as shown in the image below.
